I haven't posted here for some time. It is mainly due to laziness, but also involves me being fairly busy at some points. Well to sum things up, I've been to France (Paris) and Germany since my last post and both were very enjoyable. Paris was incredible, and both Steph and I had a very good time. We got to see and do a lot of cool stuff, including some Mongolian throat singers, which I didn't expect to happen there. As for Germany goes, I had a decent time there, although I didn't see much of the area and it was a short trip. It was very pretty, nonetheless.
The fall colors have come and mostly gone, here. It is always so beautiful and puts me into a certain mindset which evades description. Anyway, I've been spending too much time watching TV, and Steph and I decided that we are going to cancel our Sky supscription with the idea that we'll spend more time reading, writing, etc. I'll try to do some chinese brush painting. Maybe I'll get better if I practice it a bunch. I'll also be writing more poetry, and maybe we'll brave the cold once in a while and venture outdoors for inspiration.
We're entering the winter season…I can feel it coming, and I've already had some roasted chestnuts, which are now irreversibly associated with England and winter in my mind.
Anyway, that is the extent of the news I have, without writing in depth. I'm feeling at peace.
